Please read the rules for registration carefully before registering.

The Registration is in 3 steps. 1st the NSO will fill a contingent booking form. 2nd step the contingent leader will fill in the Contingent staff form, Participants Form and IST form. 3rd step will be individual forms to be shared with the contingent leader until 31st April 2010.

Registration opens 1st  March 2009  and closes 31st April 2010. If you Register after April 2010 the Registration fee is higher.
Age of participants
World Scout Moot is an event offered to young scouts from 18 to 25 years at the time of the moot from all over the world.
Participants will be able to enroll only if they are organized in teams; each team is set according to its NSO reality.
Participation as an individuals is at this stage not allowed.
Every team must have a person in charge, who must be 26 years or older – Contigent Staff. He/She can either be one of the team or an older leader.
Expedition Centres
The main moot venue will be  Rowallan National Scout Camp in Nairobi, however, besides this,  you will be required to choose an Expedition Centre where you can go for the first 4 days after which everyone will be back for the remaining days. We have balanced up the activities in all the centres. Visit the programme of activities lined up in all Expedition Centres to enable you decided on a centre.
Read the registration manual provided to help you fill the worksheets. The different options in the forms are provided in the registration manual. It provide all information about registering a contingent for the 13th Word Scout Moot 2010 Kenya. It has general instruction common to the entire registration process and detailed explanation of exactly how to fill in each of the forms.
When registering you have to pay a registration fee as per your category.
Please note!!!
Registration is only valid after a confirmation from your National Scout Association/Oganisation . Each NSO will give its contingent leader details. When we have their confirmation we will validate all registration and send the contingent leader an email with bank information for the registration fee.
